Just as an idea springboard, here’s a link to a post I did on meatloaf. It analyzes about 8 meatloaf recipes and tries to come up with an “average” meatloaf.

Tony’s meatloaf. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Very tender and extremely flavourful. The homemade ciabatta was a nice touch as well and complimented this excellent selection at the inaugural meatloaf club meeting.
